Ok, this is a work in progress...as I wend my merry way through this process I will list the links to help in doing this....it should not take long and given that if your house IS in the wrong band you can reclaim overpayments going all the way back to 1993 it might prove useful in these cash-strapped times...:)

I found it quite easy and got £3,000 back. All spent on cars.
Now got to tackle the drainage overcharging that I could not prove until now.
I don't like signatures, they take up too much screen space.
