With that done take out any other screws which are holding the pan to the floor, you then work the small pipe free from the back of the toilet pan, next you will either lift and move the toilet forward and away from the wall and the pipe it is fitted into usually the 4" pipe big round one, if the pipe go's out through the floor you just lift the toilet there may still be some water left in the bend so be careful not to spill it.
Now re drill the holes add new rawl plugs clean the are of dust and dirt wipe dry add silicone within the area of the screw points where the area of the pan meets floor, clean the bottom of the toilet pan outside would be best because of the water still in the bend, once cleaned take the toilet back in offer it to the floor lining up the big pipe at the same time and screw down with new screws, do not over tighten refit the small pipe untie the ball cock and let the toilet refill.
leave to set for at least 24 hours job done good luck Arctic.
