Improve my mpg?

I know it is supposedly for a 180 but a) it is the cheapest on ebay and b) I think they are the same for 160/180/190...

In a word, no but it will work out cheaper than the paper filters in the long term.
I don't like signatures, they take up too much screen space.

It might make it breath a bit easier but I doubt very much whether you would actually notice the difference except for the placebo effect.
These filters sometimes improved the fuel economy on the old uncontrolled carburettor engines but the introduction of closed loop engine management brought accurate fuel metering which means the air/fuel ratio stays constant and thus no economies made.
