I invited Poppy to join us, then got this in reply...

I'm sure it's purely technical. One of the admin boys will sort it out to be sure.

In the meantime, I hope she isn't thinking we are trying to exclude anyone. That's not the style here!

Nope.. Works for me but not for Poppy, so she is trying again from scratch with an entirely diff Name and P/w..

I've deleted that account and set up another, I'm in direct contact so we can try and sort out what's going on.
