Further to John Dot Com's article in "Essential Information" on this forum. I wrote up a document to assist having read his information. I did this some time ago and came across a copy while clearing out the boot.
I offered a copy to an old chap who was parked in two bays but clearly needed access for his wifes wheelchair. The clamper stood down (actually a Tesco employee with threats)......it may have been the photo of the wheelchair I took.
It's handy to have at least one in the glovebox
