I've had the pump fitted for a few weeks now, filled and emptied my tank several times now with no problem what so ever. My local Rover dealer installed it for £45. He said it was a bit fiddly to do but was easy enough and took him less than an hour. So there you go £85 for just the pump plus fitting or £300 plus fitting for an original Rover part, quite a saving!
More good news, the old girl past her MOT again last week to keep up her 100% pass rate. I'll shut up now as I'm tempting fate!!.
