Marvellous thunderstorm going on here at the moment. I haven't seen lightning like this for a heck of a long time :D - who needs television?

I can hear the odd rumble of thunder of this end of the world, we had a cracker earlier on though around 4ish this afternoon, unfortunately I was at work and didn't see anything apart from the world going very dark! :panic:

It's no wonder weather forecasting is unreliable. We are not so far away and it has been a lovely day, no sign of a storm at all.
I don't like signatures, they take up too much screen space.

We had a nice day as well Bernard but the thunderstorm warning was broadcast at work about 16:00. It seems to be about 8 miles South of us at the moment.

A few flashes and rumbles here, but only around half six. Was quite nice up until then.

Only hear the sheep up here.
No thunder, Lightening or rain.

I still love this marque and I will still be around, preferred selling to breaking, as a great runner and performer"

The only rumbling round here is from my half empty stomach. I'm still on a diet. :(

Hospital pre-op showed me as still being well overweight :o

It was amazing!! I have not seen anything like it in this country. Last time I saw something like that was in Switzerland when I was 9!

Must have been more than one storm or yours got here quickly, as we had one about 7:30 last night

Reminded me of the ones we used to get in Germany in the late 60's!

Couldn't get TV anyway! Our Sky seems to go off even when it's just a bit rainy, so didn't stand a chance last night. Luckily we can still switch to good old analogue, but it's days are numbered. Apparently it's "rain fade" and is exacerbated by the use of smaller dishes...
