My Younger brother used to get the Beano Annual every year for Christmas and we regularly read the comic - That though is a very old one there !!

I had a Lion Annual from 1958 - I bought for 50 Pence at a Jumble sale, was destined to be given to my older brother as he wsa born that year.

I used to like Whizzer and Chips comic but I always had Fury, Victor and Commando books (The little comic booklets) There was another comic I had, a war one, but for teh life of me cannot remember its name.

I loved the Beano! Is that the 1st Edition?? No.1 July 1938? Worth a small fortune to a collector, hold on tight to it!

I use to love reading the Beano each week as a child, a few years ago now. :D

"My lovely car now sold onto a very happy new owner.
I still love this marque and I will still be around, preferred selling to breaking, as a great runner and performer"
