I was in town shopping with SWMBO on Saturday.

I saw a young woman who is 'known to the court' in as much as she is a serial shoplifter with some 40+ convictions to her name and banned from most retail outlets in Wolverhampton.

The last time I dealt with her she had outstanding fines to the Court totalling some £850 and the bailiffs were about to be instructed although apparently living on JSA, there was not much chance of recovering anything.

I found it odd that she should be going into Thomas Cook, the travel agent.

Maybe she has found a loophole in the system for work experience or community service for two weeks in barbados

Somebody needs to tell her that Thomas Cook will give her the brochures if she asks she doesnt need to steal them.......
