Noisy Timing belt? by Chuckles

I have just changed all belts. On start up engines runs sweet by we now have a "rubbing" type sound from the timning belt at or near alternator/back bank.

Question has any one experienced noisy belts before? The correct timing tools were used and there seems to be no rubbing on the covers. The noise seems to come and go, but just that little bit worrying. They were genuine belts by the way - full kit!

Is the auxillary belt correctly tensioned?

It turned out to be the idler not running true - so put back the old idler and ... peace!
