Will be good to see you. 8-)
You still want wheels picking up?
I don't like signatures, they take up too much screen space.

As the date draws nearer, please can people let us know what jobs are likely to need doing?

This is so that the right tools and where appropriate, test equipment and pins contacts crimps etc. can be there on the day :)

... Or is everybody just turning up for the craic, and the BBQ?
Paul

I still love this marque and I will still be around, preferred selling to breaking, as a great runner and performer"

now hear this re the idea for the catering:

Steve will bring the BBQ and Wood burning Stove ( collected by Lyndon in his trailer )

Lyndon will bring a generator ( always nice to have more than one as this one will hopefully be running the tea urn )

I will bring my gazebo and side tables ( room for more gazebos)

I will buy all the supplies in advance as i live close by and it can all go in my freezer, so will keep it simple with say sausage sandwiches for breakfast, and burgers for lunch, i will get all the meat, bread rolls onions, cheese slices, sauces etc and some biscuits. I will also get some tea/coffee/ sugar and if David reads this can you still bring the tea urn and Lyndon any chance of some paper cups please ?

I will recoup the cost on the day from everyone, I suggest £5 per member, and no cost for any children that may be coming. As before i wont be hounding you all for your money on the day but will rely on your honesty to put your contribution in the box.

I will post up all costs and money collected shortly after the meet and any surplus will be donated to the community.

I will take it that all are happy with this arrangement, if not please post on here plus if there are one or two members with special diatary requirements let me know and i will see what i can do to help.

It will also help me a great deal to know how many members are coming so if there will be more than just yourself in your car please post so Paul can adjust the numbers in post 1.

Looking forward to another great meet
