same here, nice ice cold glass of cider

really good tip for all you alchohol lovers, instead of putting the can or glass in the freezer, just put in the fridge, get an ice cube tray and make ice cubes from your warm larger / cider / whatever else and simply drop into a cold glass along with your chosen drink, then all the last bit isnt just water, and the drink isnt watered down any further :D

Pint of cider and just add a dash of lemonade, you'd be amazed who much of a lift it give.

And don't drink too much pear cider as you'll be running to the toilet a lot..... :o :o :o

Just felt in need of the Mellow thread again.

As an aside, a suggestion for a mellow non alcaphrolic drink:

Half and Half apple juice (the clear one) and sparkling water. Similar to the cider shandy suggested earlier. Very refreshing. The Germans call it apfelschoerle, and you can get it in Ikea. SWMBO calls it apple Shirley since I introduced it to her (yes, that way round).

Evening all :)

Just felt I'd pop in and have a bit of relax having slaved over a hot keyboard for the evening. :)

That drink you suggested Duncan sounds very nice - might have to keep a look out for it :)
