Hello!

I have recently experienced that my Rover 75 2.0 V6 has very low idle and the engine sometimes stops completely. This happens when the car is working at normal temperature but not when the engine is cool...

Does anybody now what this problem is?

The idle speed is controlled by the stepper motor, in the throttle body. If it weren't working at all I'd expect it to be a problem when cold, or idling too high when hot, so maybe there's a blockage? There's a separate air pipe to the bypass.
