Ours is a Nottingham postcode, although we are in Sleaford (nicely in the heart of Lincolnshire) which is 35 miles (crow flies) from Nottingham. Peterborough is marginally nearer (29 miles) and IIRC would mean a slightly lower premium. Lincoln is much nearer at 15 miles and would be a lot cheaper. Guessing Carl will have a Peterborough postcode, even though he'll be nearer to Lincoln too!
Out of interest, where in Lincolnshire are you moving to?
