I'm surprised that I haven't seen this before-

Best viewed in full screen mode.
I don't like signatures, they take up too much screen space.

By odd co-incidence, we were told about this model city in Hamburg yesterday evening by some friends. We are planning to visit quite soon so I hope to have more photos.

Apparently there are some of the model people doing 'naughty' things if you know where to look.

Having discussed this at work this morning, it's part of a whole miniature world. The main website is here:

Interesting photos in the pictures / visitors photos. Look for the smart car and the couple in it.....

So if you visit Hamburg, you know what's worth a detour now. :)

If? Be there in a few weeks time. The miniature wonderland is now on the 'to do' list.

So it's a when, not an if ...

It has been on my to-do-list for some time now, too.

I haven't been to Hamburg for 35 years so I think it's time now for a visit.
It was quite a naughty place to go back then (so I'm told of course).
I don't like signatures, they take up too much screen space.

Breathtaking place this Miniatur Wunderland! I have a colleague who went there last year and keeps nagging me about having been there. I definitely must go there some day :panic:

Well, it was worth the visit. It took over two hours to see all of it, including the US, Scandinavia, Austria, Germany and Switzerland. The UK is coming in a few years!

It's a truly awesome thing to see the tech involved. Racks of servers, switches and so on.

I need to sort my photos, but will post anything that looks OK!

The airport is mainly based on Hamburg. Funny to see where we ate lunch on Tuesday, on the video!
