Aberdeen is about 200 miles from Gretna.. I think that beats Jimbo by about 55 miles. So looks like it's Brigus then.. :)

Bearing in mind the terrain he's going to cover, and in the rain half the time, that will be at least 4 hours of very hard driving.. Each way!!!!

A quick update as I have had an email from the people at the Old Smithy to confirm they are expecting us tomorrow.

They have allocated us the "overspill car park" (which is actually a grassed area adjacent to their car parking) so when you arrive (if not in convoy, in which case Follow the Leader, the Leader..... ) follow the sign for the overspill car park (it has a "caravan" symbol on it).

This should lead you to the grassy area in question. They have checked it today for us as the weather as been so bad this week. In fact the lady who has been our contact drove her own car on there to today and says it "seems firm". Hopefully there will be no bogging down tomorrow.

With 26 cars let's hope it is reasonably dry and the grassy area is big enough? looks it on the aerial shot anyway.

See you tomorrow.

I still love this marque and I will still be around, preferred selling to breaking, as a great runner and performer"

Okay, this is a bit odd (or is it meant to be funny)?

I am trying to post the directions for tomorrow and the word C aravan is automatically changed to read Fibreglass Shed!!

All very funny  except that I am trying to tell people what is on the sign and this does not help!! :hissyfit:

Yes, when using "auto explain/fill" abbreviations etc at present this happens,
This was noted by someone else to. :gmc:

See Mick's Post below!!

This is not an accidental error and neither is it being looked into. It is in fact a joke. Making use of the word substitution function..................

............................ There may be others that have not yet become apparent. :)

I thought that may have been what it was, however it was not helpful when I was trying to use the word in a serious context!!! It was also pretty confusing as I did not spot it at first until I copied and pasted my post "somewhere else" and then noticed it :hissyfit:
