Hi all new here looking for an inlet manifold to solve my engine rattle problem. New ones seem to cost £500! can anyone help?

You can pick a second hand one up for a lot less off ebay, just make sure it works and give it a clean before fitting.
Have you checked the VIS (Variable Intake System) motors already? Sometimes that can fix the rattle.
